Silent Meditation

Below you will find timers for various lengths that you want to meditate for. The bell gives a clear beginning and ending to your meditation. 

Whatever meditation technique you may be using, you have all the freedom to do so here. There are no ads to disturb you, just silence. Wallow in the peace and find the immense power of stillness without and within. 

Once we get past the stage of needing constant noise and distractions  around us all the time, we find that there is great value in silence. It is closer to our true nature. We can find refuge in stillness. Become one with the stillness, feel its palpable strength.
